This class is the perfect combination of foundation elements and small challenges to keep you on your toes!
Ballet is a wonderful discipline that supports fitness, good posture, balance, flexibility, coordination, spatial awareness and rhythm. This class aims to help strengthen your previous knowledge while allowing you to develop further at your own pace. Structured as a usual ballet class, it will start with some barre work, moving to center exercises to finish off with some across the floor combinations.

This 8-week term will run on:
Wednesdays 6, 13, 20, 27 Sept & 4, 11, 18, 25 Oct | 6 – 7.15pm
