We all need to start somewhere!
This class is a great introduction to the basics of ballet, while still giving you the opportunity to grow and enrich your knowledge and skills. Ballet supports fitness, good posture, balance, flexibility, coordination, spatial awareness and rhythm. This class will invite you to try new things in a non judgmental and safe environment.

Wednesdays 6, 13, 20, 27 Sept & 4, 11, 18, 25 Oct | 7.30 – 8.45 pm
