The 6th edition of What Next Dance Festival took place 8-11 February 2023 at Dance Limerick
What Next Dance Festival is an important platform which shines light on new creations from both Ireland and abroad. It enabled twelve artists and their collaborators to connect with local audiences and provided a special space for interaction and creative exchange.
This year we were delighted to co-host with Dance Ireland and the European Dancehouse Network, a two-day atelier Dancing on the Edge: Peripheral Practices, which allowed us the opportunity to welcome international peers and artists to Limerick and for them to see some of our city’s best cultural spaces.
