Our popular Evening & Day Classes for Adults continue this Spring with a new term from March 2021.

Our online Dance Limerick at Home series invites you to move with us from the safety of your own home. Join us for Ballet for Beginners, Ballet for ImproversContemporary Dance (beginners and improvers), Professional Classes and our Over 50s Dance Project.

Designed for total beginners, those with some experience and dance artists, our Adult Dance Classes, presented live via Zoom, will teach you key principles of dance and in an encouraging and fun environment.  

The aim of these classes is to provide an opportunity for participants to develop the skill and confidence to dance with ease. Our energetic dance classes are suitable for all ages and levels of fitness and are a great way to get in shape, develop flexibility, and to enjoy yourself. They are led by our highly experienced and inspiring team of tutors with years of experience teaching both beginners and professionals.

Dance Limerick exists to support the development of professional dance artists within the Limerick region and beyond.

Through a combination of performance platforms, residency opportunities, master classes, talks and lectures, Dance Limerick will advocate for artistic dialogue and exchange. In collaboration with dance artists across a range of practices, Dance Limerick will promote the creation of new and innovative work and will devise programmes of access, engagement and participation for the wider public.

Based at the premises of the former Daghdha Dance Company, Dance Limerick houses offices and a fully equipped studio space along with a separate performance venue known as the Daghda Space
