Fun, Fitness & Wellbeing

Our Adult Dance Classes continue with our Summer Term beginning the week of 3 May. You will develop the skill and confidence to dance with ease over the course of 6 weeks, drop in prices are also available.

The energetic sessions are suitable for all ages and levels of fitness, and are a great way to get in shape, develop flexibility, improve your mindset and enjoy yourself. 

Join us for Ballet for Beginners, Ballet for ImproversContemporary Dance (beginners and improvers), Professional Classes and our Over 50s Dance Project

The classes are led by our highly experienced and inspiring team of tutors with years of experience teaching both beginners and professionals. Designed for total beginners, those with some experience and dance artists, our Adult Dance Classes, presented live via Zoom, will teach you key principles of dance in an encouraging and fun environment. If you miss a class, you can catch up a with a recording!

Dance Limerick exists to support the development of professional dance artists within the Limerick region and beyond.

Through a combination of performance platforms, residency opportunities, master classes, talks and lectures, Dance Limerick will advocate for artistic dialogue and exchange. In collaboration with dance artists across a range of practices, Dance Limerick will promote the creation of new and innovative work and will devise programmes of access, engagement and participation for the wider public.

Based at the premises of the former Daghdha Dance Company, Dance Limerick houses offices and a fully equipped studio space along with a separate performance venue known as the Daghda Space
