Professional Class with Mia DiChiaro

This class draws on practices such as somatic researching, energizing self-massage, guided writing, yoga, contemporary dance vocabulary, and solo contact improvisation, to explore the wisdom within. Participants will playfully experiment in our spaces using what’s immediately available to us (such as potted plants, walls, and furniture) to (re)connect with the embodied joy of moving collectively.
