Professional class with Katy Hewison

Katy is curious about translating her practice to all ages and abilities using a specific practice which connects improvisation in performance, choreography and facilitation.  In this pro class we will explore movement in a self-discovery and guided way. We will delve into the craft within improvisation, looking in particular at the imaginative mind, attention and intention leading movement decisions. Linking with pathways, architecture and spirals to find an efficient, sensitive body and imaginative mind.
