Pride Dance Project

Have you always wanted to learn how to dance? Would you like to get involved in a creative project and make new connections in a safe, fun and supportive environment?

For the fourth consecutive year, Dance Limerick is running a dance project for all LGBTQIA+ identifying people and allies who wish to move their body, chat and meet new friends while learning something new.

This project will include dance workshops where we learn from different teachers and experience different ways of moving our bodies. We will then celebrate with a Pride Dance Party as part of Limerick Pride celebrations.

The workshop dates are:

• Wednesday 3 June, 6.15 – 7.30 pm   
• Wednesday 10 June, 6.15 – 7.30 pm 
• Wednesday 17 June, 6.15 – 7.30 pm 
• Wednesday 24 June, 6.15 – 7.30 pm 
• Wednesday 1 July, 6.15 – 7.30 pm 

The Pride Dance Party will take place on Wednesday 8 July, 6.30 to 8.30 pm – more information coming soon, save the date!

Pride Dance Project is a Dance Limerick project in partnership with GOSHH, Limerick Pride, Limerick Sports Partnership and Inner Voice Inner Journey Therapy Centre. Dance Limerick is funded by the Arts council of Ireland and Limerick City and County Council.
