Beginners Hip Hop

Earlier this year, Dance Limerick recently introduced a new intergenerational beginners Street Dance class. After the success of the first two terms, we are offering another seven-week course that will focus on the foundations, technique and fundamentals necessary for Street Dance. 

Our teacher, Eoin Seamus Kelly, will help you move, groove and get creative with music, covering styles such as Popping, Robot/Animation, Waving, social dancing and choreography. The aim of these classes is to promote fun and fitness, deepen participants’ understanding of Street Dance terminology and culture and provide a sense of community. 

These classes are open to all skill levels, ages and abilities. No previous dance experience is required; simply come as you are.

(Underage participants’ parents/guardians will be asked to stay in the foyer while class is taking place). 

This 7-week term will run on

Tuesdays 8, 15, 22, 29 September and 6, 13, 20 October – 7.30 to 8.30 pm
