The content of the class is flexible and depending on the group’s level the suitable tasks are devised. The technical class is based on Release Technique and includes floor sequences, improvisation tasks and dance phrases. Participants have space to work with dynamics, energy and flow of the movement. The focus of the class is on the development of the ability to release energy and move in the most efficient and economical way by redistributing the body weight and using the momentum instead of using muscular effort. The aim of the class is to prepare the dancer's body for wide range of movement possibilities.
