John Scott rehearsing Magnetic at Dance Limerick

Dance Limerick is looking forward to welcoming renowned choreographer John Scott from Irish Modern Dance Theatre back to Limerick with his performance of MAGNETIC. John Scott spent several weeks at Dance Limerick last year working with the MA Students in Contemporary Dance Performance. Now, he returns to the city with his company to perform a brand new piece of outstanding dance theatre, Magnetic

Created for five virtuosic dancers who have performed in everything from Broadway musicals to Merce Cunningham Dance Company, Magnetic has been described as an "explosive and joyous dance theatre work". Knowing the energy and passion that John puts into his performances we are sure that this will be a thrilling and entertaining evening.

Irish Modern Dance Theatre will perform Magnetic at Dance Limerick on Thursday 3rd April at 7:30pm. John and the dancers will host a talk about the performance after the show.
