The city of Limerick has always been an important creative city for me. Some of my early works premiered at The Belltable Arts Centre, and recently The Lime Tree Theatre. I am excited to be back in Limerick and at Dance Limerick’s beautiful venue at St.John’s Church. It seems fitting that during our week of CoisCéim Connections programme, we are able to present “Missing” at St. Johns. I feel the work will grow and benefit from our time here, as the building has a beautifully atmospheric sense of place and creative contemplation.
I am looking forward to meeting the Limerick audiences and artists and hope this visit will be the beginning of a long and happy dialogue between CoisCéim and Dance Limerick.
