Springboard 2024
Springboard '24 is the Irish World Academy's annual dance programme celebrating the talent of the Contemporary Dance BA students.
Dance Limerick is proud to host this year’s edition. The evening will celebrate the talent and aptitude of the students from the Irish World Academy BA Contemporary Dance programme through a stimulating showcase of artistry and technique. The dancers will perform a challenging ensemble repertoire by embodying emotive and diverse choreographic works by Mónica Muñoz Marin, Stephanie Defresne and Grant McLay.
This will feature all new dance works with differing contemporary styles that will treat you to a celebration of these young dance practitioners on their journey to becoming professional dancers. Witness the drive and creativity of these aspiring young dancers, all in the intimate setting of the beautiful Dance Limerick venue of St John’s Church.
