During this class, we will work on tools of improvisation and composition to find possibilities of creating a community within the group, at the same time that we give space to our individual and authentic body language, through games and guided explorations. We will work on focus, openness, awareness of body and space, as well as what distance and collaboration mean to us. The aim is to boost our creative power and capacity to relate to what surrounds us and connects us as a group. No dance experience is required, but previous movement experience is preferred.
We will need comfortable clothes, a notebook, and a pen.
Friday 20 September | 12-1.30 pm
