Pro class with Katy Hewison

In this professional class, we will use movement phrases and travelling patterns to anchor our explorations.

We will move together in both soft, gentle & rapid, swift ways (as we wish) to ease into finding a sense of flow / flight in our bodies and a sense of actioning within our mind’s attention and decision making processes.

A current curiosity Katy has and will share within the class, is exploring connection to the space, both the inside and outer space, which we feel within our bodies and the visual architecture that we see around us.
