A Sensory Journey through movement, drawing & audio stories – Relaxed Performance
Performances taking place on Thursday 21 November at Dance Limerick are suitable for …
We welcome dance artists with and without disabilities to come together to celebrate their own unique dance bodies. It’s a celebration of uniqueness, individuality, and being your authentic self through dance. We will work in a relaxed environment to learn new skills, adapt dance techniques to our own bodies, exchange ideas, and dance together. This workshop will both develop the practice of each individual while also fostering a creative, supportive inclusive dance environment.
