We invite young people with and without disabilities aged 14 to 25 to a creative session with dance artist Kimberley Harvey.
Tuesday 4 March | 5.15 – 7 pm | DL Performance Space
Kimberley will draw on her inclusive contemporary dance background to offer a fun, curiosity-driven and collaborative dance experience. Dancers will have the opportunity to explore and develop their dance skills, sometimes dancing alone in a group and sometimes working directly with others. This session will focus on the idea of having ‘dance conversations’ and the different ways that moving can support us to communicate with each other in different and exciting ways.
Dance artists are also welcome to join us on this professional development opportunity, to learn from Kimberley’s approach to working with young people in an inclusive space. Please email katy@dancelimerick.ie if you have any questions.
