What Next Dance Festival closing parties have become something of a tradition!
The party brings the festival to a close, giving opportunity for artists to connect, engage and network in an informal setting, while DJ Sara & Dj Cese play music from around the world, from Latin America, to Afrobeats adding to the welcoming atmosphere created by all.
As a festival closer, we invite artists, audiences, guests, and dance friends to come together one last time and celebrate together with music, drinks, and plenty of dancing. A chance to let the performances linger in the body, and to thump out together on the dance floor.
Everyone is welcome — stay as long as you like, and help us close this edition of What Next Dance Festival in the way we know best — dancing!
Sara Fakir, aka Flying Fatima, is a Moroccan-Italian DJ based in Dublin. Drawing inspiration from her cultural roots, she weaves North African and South African sounds into her mixes, creating an energetic flow that builds throughout the night. She has played in several venues across Dublin and performed at festivals around Ireland, bringing her sound to diverse crowds and dance floors.
DJ Ceese is a dynamic DJ/Producer hailing from Limerick, known for her fearless approach to mixing a diverse range of sounds. Her sets are a vibrant journey through genres, effortlessly blending bass-heavy bangers with soulful melodies. Whether it’s Hip-Hop, RnB, Afrobeats, Amapiano, Baile Funk, or beyond, Ceese crafts immersive and atmospheric soundscapes that captivate and energise her audience.
