This class is suitable for people with recent ballet experience. Ballet promotes fitness, good posture, balance, flexibility, coordination, spatial awareness and rhythm. The class will take the form or a traditional structured class consisting of a warm up, barre and centre exercises.
7 week term: 84€ + booking fee
