The main aim of the class is to train the performing body. We focus on perception and use what is available on the body at each moment, while working on the creative potential of the connection between movement, voice and language. The participants work on their movement and use of voice constantly throughout the duration of the session. Improvised actions lead to short repetitive movement combinations which build into longer phrases. The class encourages stamina, creativity and offers elements that each participant can play with and incorporate the notions of perception and performance.
