We're delighted to welcome Catherine Young back to Dance Limerick as our next Professional Class guest teacher for February/March 2021.

About Catherine's Class

Catherine’s classes are highly physical and technical and incorporate some somatic, contemporary dance and yoga training to enable the dancer to experience the full body in motion. Catherine's contemporary classes are influenced by her yoga and African dance training and are highly physical in nature. Class begins with a strong floor based warm up that works to standing and her style focuses on floor work, breath, release, rhythm, balance and the full body in motion.
