Romane and Pani will be working on their project Openfield. Currently a 20-minute piece, premiered at MÚ Szinhaz Theater in Budapest in February 2025, the dancers will use this time to extend the duet and fine-tune it before taking it to festivals and theatres in the 2026 season.

At the root of Openfield are joy and freedom through movement. Romane and Pani will take the time to explore the relationship between two bodies, focusing on human connection and the physicality of touch, going from lightness to explosiveness. The work also looks at how bodies are presented in a space where they are subject to a 360º view. This activates total awareness in performers, awakening the senses and the nervous system to achieve the desired movement quality.
