Pro class with Rachel Drazek

Rachel is a dance theatre maker, movement practitioner, researcher and PhD candidate at the Centre for Dance Research (C-DaRE), Coventry University. Her movement practice uses a person-centred approach and aims to foster agency and confidence in body expression.

Rachel will lead a creative session grounded in somatic movement and improvisation practices. Time will be spent connecting to our embodied responses and asking also how these meet with other. What happens when our listening goes both inward and outward? Rooted in principles of wellbeing and inclusion, the class is open to everyone interested in dance, movement and performance.
