DANCE LIMERICK LAUNCH

Join us in a celebration of dance at the Daghdha Space, John’s Square as we officially launch Dance Limerick. We have commissioned renowned choreographer Mary Nunan to create a performance especially for the event. Mary’s commission has as its starting point the romantic and lyrical 2nd movement of Franz Schubert’s String Quintet in C major. Fittingly Mary has created an ensemble piece with five female dancers. We are really looking forward the performance and to throwing open the doors of Dance Limerick to the Limerick community for an evening of fun, celebration and dance.
