Dance Limerick’s Over 50s Dance Classes are a fantastic way to maintain well-being and keep active. Learn new moves and enjoy a social dance, the emphasis is on having fun!
As well as the social elements of dance, there are many positive health benefits like improving mental health, fitness and balance.
Dance Classes for Over 50s will be taught by DL Bridge Artist Katy Hewison and Alice Gavigan.
Each class features popular hit songs from past and present, inviting you to move your body and have fun while doing it.
No upper age limit – No experience necessary.
Drop-in class, all welcome! €6 + booking fee per class (online or card only)
Term dates: Thursdays 12, 19, 26 January, 2, 17, 23 February and 2, 9 March.
