The class will take the form or a traditional structured class consisting of a warm up, barre and centre exercises. This class promotes fitness, good posture, balance, flexibility, coordination, spatial awareness and rhythm.
Our Ballet for Improvers class is suitable for individuals who have recent ballet experience, or who may have learned ballet when they were younger and are looking to regain those skills.
