This class is suitable for people with recent ballet experience. The class promotes fitness, good posture, balance, flexibility, coordination, spatial awareness and rhythm. The class will take the form or a traditional structured class consisting of a warm up, barre and centre exercises.

Grace Cuny
Grace Cuny is a dance artist originally from Fort Worth, Texas. She began her training in classical ballet under the directions of Paul Mejia, Maria Balogh, and Alexander Vetrov, attending summers at the School of American Ballet and performing with the Suzanne Farrell Ballet in Washington, D.C. She received her B.F.A. in Dance Performance from SMU in Dallas before moving to New York and transitioning into more immersive and theatrical projects. In 2021, she moved to Limerick to pursue a Masters in Contemporary Dance at the Irish World Academy. She will be performing in Liz Roche’s upcoming piece, Yes and Yes, in September and November.
