Ballet for Adults at Beginners Level | 2023

This class is an introduction to the world of ballet. As well as learning ballet positions and patterns, you will gain knowledge in the history of ballet and popular ballet styles.
This class promotes fitness, good posture, balance, flexibility, coordination, spatial awareness and rhythm.
8 week term : €96 + booking fee
Term dates: Wednesdays 11, 18, 25 January, 1, 15, 22 February and 1, 8 March 2023.
