Designed to give our youngest dancers a head start, this Dance Club for Tots (2-4yrs) explores movement through music, stimulating imagination and promoting creativity, while participating with a parent/caregiver.

This lively class explores moving as a group, telling stories through movement, rhythm exercises and improvisation. Time is spent learning to follow directions as well as free expression time which allows Tots to explore and develop co-ordination, all while having fun!

Due to space limitations only 1 parent or guardian can stay with the participant for the duration of the class in the studio, we also have a foyer area where you are welcome to wait until the class is over.

This class will focus on movement creation through play, improvisation and freestyle. Rachel shares techniques she has researched and learned to provide structured improvisations (contemporary) and a freestyle environment (urban styles). Every class is different, building skills consistently, but in different ways. Dancers develop skills around body-awareness and perception, along with awareness of space and people around them. Through group improvisations, working in small groups and pairs, the class focuses on moving, expressing through movement and, of course, having fun! This class is suitable for boys and girls of any ability.

Class Dates: 7th & 14th, 21st & 28th September, 5th, 12th & 19th October & 2nd November. No class on 26th October due to the bank holiday.
